General terms and conditions of sale


1. Subject

These General Terms and Conditions of Sale define the rights and obligations of the parties for the booking of rooms, catering services, and other services offered by Hôtel du Bourg.

All bookings imply full and complete acceptance of the General Terms and Conditions.


2. Booking

Bookings can be made by phone, email, via our website, or via online booking platforms.

To be confirmed, a booking must be guaranteed by a valid bank card or by full payment of the stay upon booking.

The hotel reserves the right to refuse a booking if the information provided is incomplete or incorrect.


3. Prices

- Prices shown are in euros, all taxes included (ATI), with the exception of tourist tax which is charged as an additional supplement.

- Prices may be changed at any time, but services will be charged at the rate in effect at the time of booking confirmation.


4. Cancellation and modification conditions

- Free cancellation up to 48 hours before the arrival date (except for non-refundable special offers).

After this period, the first night will be charged.

- In case of no-show, the full amount of the reserved stay may be charged.

Date changes are possible subject to availability and may result in a price variation.


5. Arrival and Departure

- Rooms are available from 4:00 PM on the day of arrival and must be vacated by 10:00 AM on the day of departure.

Late departures must be anticipated and notified in order to ensure a quality service and may result in a change of price.


6. Catering

- Men's and prices shown are subject to change depending on the season and availability of fresh produce.

- All reserved tables are guaranteed for 30 minutes.

After this time, the table reservation is no longer guaranteed and may be allocated to another customer.


7. Payment

- Payment for services can be made online by credit card when you book, or at the hotel by credit card, cash, or holiday vouchers.

- Invoices must be settled immediately at the end of your stay or meal, unless otherwise agreed.

 

8. Responsibility

- The hotel cannot be held liable for valuables left in rooms or common areas.

- Every traveller must be protected by public liability insurance during their trip.

The client is responsible for any damage caused to the premises (room, restaurant, common areas) and may be charged for the necessary repairs.


9. Smoking and non-smoking areas

- All indoor areas of the hotel and restaurant are non-smoking.


10. Animals

- Pets are not permitted in the establishment.


11. Applicable law and disputes

These General Terms and Conditions are subject to French law.

Any dispute relating to their interpretation or execution shall fall within the jurisdiction of the courts of the district of Ugine.
