Organic vegetables

OUR VEGETABLES and HERBS FROM THE GARDEN

Some of our fresh vegetables come from the GAEC Mont-Charvin and of the The Glairont-Mondet family, located on the heights of Ugine. They cultivate the land and the seasons, which allows us to cook flavourful products every day, just like at home.

Violet farm

The cheeses from our farms

Cheese is synonymous with Savoie, so it's essential for us to work with farmers we know well. They passionately produce farmhouse and matured cheeses. Each one puts all their expertise and love of the trade into every wheel. Flavour, character, and above all, a true family story.

  • Abondance AOP

Made by the GAEC Les Alpagistes thanks to the passionate work of Guillaume and Aline. A cheese with character, the fruit of their farm in Rochebrune, high above Megève, and their patience.

  • Beaufort d'Alpage AOP

From the GAEC Perret, a family-run farm at the foot of Lake Tueda, managed by the three brothers Raphaël, Rémi and Cédric. Their Beaufort is a must-try: powerful, fragrant and deeply rooted in our mountains.

  • Reblochon Fermier AOP

Produced with care in Violet Farm By Olivier and Catherine. A soft, melting, and authentic reblochon, made in the purest Savoyard tradition, coming straight from La Giettaz en Aravis.

  • Farmhouse Tomme and Praz Vechin

Signed by GAEC La Grange à Dîmes, where Mathieu, Patrick and Laurence continue a know-how passed down from generation to generation in Ugine itself. Generous cheeses, with the taste of the region.

  • Goat cheese

Developed by the GAEC Les Farfadets in Ugine, where the sweetness and finesse of goat are highlighted with great respect for the animals and their environment.

  • Sheep's cheese

Myriam, in collaboration with Olivier from the Ferme des Violettes, delights us with fresh, seasoned, and matured sheep's cheeses, made in a home-style way, with a lot of love.

These cheeses are a bit like our neighbours, our friends, and above all, a reflection of a region that we are proud to showcase on your plates.
